The place is great! I had a last minute thing that needed a 26 box truck and U-hauls automated system was not releasing the truck I reserved so I called Penske to see if I can get one from them right before they closed. Anna assured me that they have one here and ready for me at the moment so I sped my way over there just in time and she had the truck ready and waiting for me. I was able to make it to my destination in just the right amount of time and use the truck for my moving purposes. Great service and friendly staff, I highly recommend!

They are not working, just talking around. Waited 1 hour, and they did nothing.

Much less expensive than competitors. Several family members have used them. Ability to drop-off in different state. Military discount. If upgraded to larger truck, keep in mind, cost of fuel. Flexible to work with.

I run a package delivery service, am in the business of needing quality rental vans, sometimes on short notice. Penske is my preferred rental provider. Typically, I interact with Ariel and Anna at the Creyts Road location in Lansing. Easy to work with and professional, will not charge you for previous damages because they document any damage accordingly.
