        I didn't even know that there was an Avis on Michigan Avenue, because I had just come from Enterprise.... Enterprise rental had a car on reserve for me and when I arrived there was no car. Needless to say I was very disappointed and so we google'd and found out that Avis was just down the street. After arriving the gentleman helping us was able to get us a car immediately! Now mind you it wasn't the car we hoped for, but nevertheless it was a car. Everything went fast and smooth and I am very grateful to Avis. I will use their service again.
