This used to be my favorite rite aid. Then they sent this cashier named Rose there. I won't go back now. She is the rudest cashier I have ever seen.

They don't understand filling a script at all. When I switch from one rite aid to another I had refill and they didn't know how to execute those refile. I have a 101 fever for the flue and this place made the doctors office jump through hoops that were unless. I keep trying to figure out how to switch.
Yeah the staff has a brain size of a pea. Had my prescription sent there, urgent care had to call them bc they couldn't figure it out at all. Then I had to call, then someone had to go up there. Then they wanted me to call walgreens it's really not that complicated fr it's not.

I find the pharmacy Rite Aid on West Saginaw that they dont know what theyre doing most the time theyre rude. They never have some of the prescriptions even though theyre every month I need them and they know that they should have them in stock but they do not have to wait, the other workers in there have no clue what theyre doing or what theyre talking about when you ask about medication you have to ask him three or four times and you still dont get an answer the rude and incompetent as far as Im concerned
