CVS

Have been calling all day. No one will answer, just a message saying to press 9 for covid information, over and over and over. I really need this medication. There are no signs showing where the drive thru window is or how to get to it. I have to open my car door to ring a bell no matter how close I try to pull up. There should be a bell that dings when you drive up like every other drive thru. I hate every department of this company but have no choice due to insurance. I wish I could give negative 10 stars. How is this company still inbusiness?!

This place is the worst. Prescription prices change every month. Have to fight with the stupidity that works there to get it right. Is you have to have a prescription filled here. You would be better off dying Come to find out whoever is working the pharmacy overcharges you on purpose then rerun your insurance and pocket the cash.

I work at a dental office and have a patient w severe pain and we want to give her regular prescription Tylenol. (Not even any opioid/controlled substance) when the receptionist at our office here called in a prescription the lady said the doctor has to call it in. Then when the doctor calls it in she hangs up on him after he tries calling three different times saying youre not a doctor unprofessional and rude and clearly VERY DENSE. Asked for info that a dentist wouldnt even know just so she doesnt have to do her job. Do better

They will not answer the phone. A robot picks up & keeps making stupid suggestions. Then it hung up on me. I just wanted to talk to a human being. A darned simple request. You won't have to worry about future interaction with me.
