I absolutely HATE this pharmacy! Nobody knows what theyre doing and they can never find anything. I get notifications that my meds are ready so I go to pick them up and they maybe have 1 of the several I need. They tell me to come back tomorrow, so I do, just to be told theyre on order and they will have it the next day. One of them being insulin. So I go back TWO days later and they still dont have it. They dont care at all about their patients. I have trouble with them every time I go there. I was a patient at southside for years and never once had any issues!! Such a shame they were forced to close to a business like this

My boyfriend keeps getting pulled up from a dude sun who owns a hotel bc they are saying we didn't pay him so his son works here and has pulled my boyfriend up and this is not the first time

I think they're expensive but there are some things I get there because it's an easy in and out of the store.

Place is a pill mill i spear. Out of five months going there I've had a bad experience every time. Every single time. They said they called in my refill they never did Days later I would call my doctor and have to do it myself. And may never got the request. That's a normal thing there. I'm used to that, but. But three months ago they did not put my prescription in my bag. Did not stay bullet shot and the lady was nice enough to put a dog tree in the bag but forgot my prescription. After a day of driving around looking like a junkie asking stores if someone turned a prescription bottle. And that possibly fell out of my car. I decided to go to rite aid in the morning and explain what happened and see if I could get some sympathy and a refill. Instead, they had my bottle on their table. They had no problem. Giving it to me but if I would've never went in. I would've been without my prescription. Last month I went to get my refill and they gave me a partial which was no problem. But when I went back to get the rest. They told me I already got it. I assured them I didn't. They said they gave me 2 partials that day which makes no. There was only one I Triple check to because of the past issue. I called told them to look at their cameras and if I was wrong to turn me into my doctor for trying to get more pills. They didn't want to look at their camera or do any of that. They just offered me. A bottle with a small co pay. Today is the last straw I've been without my meds for 3 days now. Because they told me numerous times that they called it in. Funny thing I switch to the one on wilder and no prob at all. Waiting on them to get filled now. Mind you these are not pain killers or anything that can be abused. They need to be investigated.
