        Edit: Found out Chance added 4 tablet lines to our account without our knowledge or authorization. Avoid this location. Wait in the lines and go to the Westshore Dr. Store. Super helpful and friendly! Got our phones switched over from another service without any issues.

        Bought an iphone 15 pro max from here and the sales representative told me I could get a tracker for free never fully disclosing I would be charged monthly for it. He told me it would be one tracker but I got three in the mail (which connected to three lines that I had to cancel he never told me that) so I went back into the store to double check what was going on. All I got was um Im not sure um I dont know why and Ill have my manager call you another day. I called t-mobile customer service myself and got it figured out. I had to drive to another store to return the trackers and spent an hour+ on the phone with customer service. Highly recommend NOT coming here.

        Good service but check your bills. Ordered a new phone and ended up with 2 new phone lines for some unknown reason. Had to call non USA support to try and correct. Very confusing. Worst experience ever
