        I have absolutely NOTHING good to say about this location. Liars, stereotypical sales reps that make honest sales people look bad. Walk in the door as a new customer or looking for and upgrade, they'll treat you like a star and sell you everything they possibly can and make you feel good about the fact that you're paying the amount you are. Return with an issue, or just to collect on the things you've been promised; they will throw you to the wolves because it's not their problem and somehow doesn't show up as accurate on your account. It's a bunch of bull, and somehow they are getting away with it. We just upgraded our phone this month and have already had multiple issues with our new plan and with the screen protector we purchased the day we upgraded. When returning to the store they claimed to not remember us and we were told that the $40 screen protector with a lifetime gaurantee wasn't covered. Bull! We will NEVER return to this location again. And if you're looking for advice on a cell service company, I would say STAY AWAY from this location! Honestly staying away from TMobile all together is probably the best idea. And if you don't take my word for it, there are SEVERAL other 1 star reviews to read. Although, if it were up to me I would 100% give 0 stars!

        Got my son his first phone for Christmas and it was riddled with issues, after two months of dealing with tech support I finally went in the store for a second time as a last ditch effort. Robert M. helped us fix this long running issue within 30 minutes! He was polite and personable the entire time and added a calmness to the situation. Highly thankful for this team.
