I have dropped my iphone 6 and broken it twice, and had it repaired here twice. The phone works and looks like new and the service was wonderful- fast, complete, and friendly. Thanks Device Hub for saving my phone-TWICE!

I wanted to give my money to a local business instead of a big corporation, but this happened.
Brought in an iPad 3 for a cracked screen. Paid $99.99 when I picked it up the first time. I got it home and the glass was still loose. While it was being "fixed" again, they cracked the new glass, broke the digitizer, and a tab came out making it unfixable. They said they were going to replace it with a "similar model" so they gave me an iPad 2 instead. That's like replacing an iPhone 6 with the iPhone 5S.
I'm never going to give them my money again.

I had dropped off my laptop to get fixed, they said they had to reformat it- to fix it. So I said ok, long story short , they did not fix it just did the reformat and did not use my drivers and utilities disk or load my Microsoft office and home. Then when I got home which is 30 mins away they gave me the wrong charger, mine is a Dell not a HP. I called and they could not find my charger but mine was they only one picked up, so how could they not find it, they said they would give me one of theres - which was a used one and still not my watts or volts I needed for my laptop, they have yet to get in contact me or my husband about getting the right one. They will not give me any money back as well , for not fixing my computer.
