I would give them no stars if I could. This complex doesnt care about their tenants. We havent had any of the lights working on the outside of our building or in the parking lots since November. I wish I would have read the reviews before moving here. The hallways are dirty, they have bugs and your maintence orders will be deleted. Dont move here its not work the headache. The parking lots are so dark because they have no working lights. Take a drive over and check it out for yourself. HORRIBLE

My dryer has been broken for a month, my family and I are all in this industry so we always try and give management the benefit of the doubt, however, any time that me or my roommates reach out regarding the work order or a status of when it should be fixed, they give us the runaround and say that they have no maintenance that can take a look at it at this time. Its frustrating that we have no answers as to when we will have a working dryer, management has not offered us any compensation for the inconvenience and we are having to find other means to do our laundry including paying to have it done at a laundromat when we signed to live here to have the free in-unit washer and dryer. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if it was another month before I heard anything as there has been no communication from anyone in the office.

My brother has been living here the past few months in a 4 bedroom unit with his friends and their dryer has not been working for the past month. They have called and put in maintenance requests but this has still not been resolved. I am disappointed to see that there is no end in sight at this point as every time they call they are told "We have no maintenance". The resident is just supposed to do without in a unit that they were told has an in-unit washer and dryer? They have not offered any type of solution or discount for the inconvenience. This needs to be taken care of immediately, I am truly upset with how the management team is handling this. Forcing 4 college students to go to laundromats and pay for their laundry to be done without having any type of compensation when the whole reason they signed at this property was for the in-unit laundry.

Okayy apartment, cheap! but the office is unhelpful and will charge you fees for literally anything they can come up with and if you dispute, they threaten with a lease violation. untrustworthy dont live here
