About 2 weeks ago it was our anniversary. So me , my spouse and my family traveled to Detroit to celebrate the day and as a vacation too. We were lucky that we stayed for about a week in this fantastic hotel. We found a nice surprise waiting for us their.
We really love this place, we felt like being home. The staff were very nice and helpful. They did their best to make our stay as comfortable possible. The hotel was very clean and smells very nice and refreshing. I loved the morning coffee and of course the breakfast too. Every day is a special day. Enjoy coffee all day and almost every night some delicious cookies.
So A BIG THANKS from our family to yours.
We hope ti see you all again soon.
Rooms: Very clean and tidy. There is almost all what you need like shampoo , conditioner, body cream, coffee maker whith all what you're need for a cup of coffee or tea.
House keeping is perfect.
Food & drinks: Very clean and enjoyable breakfast area. Very nice, friendly and professional staff.

Room is clean, but nothing around here.
So a lot of parking, breakfast just normal , and small.
But my bathroom and i feel not clean as it have black something stick on plastic

Stayed for a few days recently. App check-in was easy and received my digital key promptly. However, the digital key did not work. Apparently the front desk employee expected this as when I got down there she immediately asked if I needed a key card. As a matter of fact, this seems to be a common occurrence with the Hilton digital keys. I would say half of digital keys Ive used in the last couple years have not worked.
Overall, the hotel is clean and modernized (except for the digital keys). The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of room on the vanity for toiletries. The water pressure in the shower was great. WiFi in the room was strong. The only drawback was that there were floodlights, which were VERY bright, shining directly at the hotel, thus into my room. I like to sleep with the curtains open so in the morning the daylight helps me wake up. Cannot do that here because of those lights.
The location is ok. There are restaurants nearby, but only one within walking distance, and its a fast food joint that didnt look particularly appetizing.

Very standard 100-150$ a night hotel. Staff was super cool. Location is prime for shopping and only a few miles from DT pontiac.
