      image Roof repairs began at 8am. Herd of elephants right above the room. Staff largely indifferent. Could these repairs be done between 11am - 3pm?
      No luggage trolley on-site to assist loading and unloading. Never ever experienced this at any hotel. Seriously?
      Breakfast was poor.
      Location needs room updates and all common areas needed cleaning/sweeping.
