I don't know where to start with the hotel. The rooms are borderline disgusting. My first week in the hotel I came to my room where the exterior door was brown with dirt and handprints. Black mold under the sink. Both the kitchen and bathroom sinks drained very slowly. The remote had food crusted on it. The heating ac vent was filled with dirt and what almost appeared as animal feces. The toilet seat had burns on it. The kitchenette cabinet handles were sticky. My second time coming here the next week the room had stains on the curtains and the shower curtain. There were dead aunts found all over the room .
The fitness center sanitary wipes are dry. There are very few barbells so the fitness center is good for a cardio workout at best.
Employees are 50/50 friendly or unwelcoming. I figured maybe it was an issue with the room the first time but with this second room being almost worse, I'm not sure how this hotel's reviews were as good as they were. I would recommend anyone spend a little more and stay elsewhere.
Rooms: Dirty and gross.

Was my first time staying at a Sonesta for business. I hated the location and the breakfast was lackluster , I did enjoy making my own pancakes. The kitchen staff , housekeeping manager and cleaning ladies we're very friendly and worked hard. The front desk staff was kind. I think they need a sign in the kitchen that says no dogs allowed, they do NOT allow dogs in the Breakfast area but they still should have a sign posted for weirdos.
I ended my stay because there is a older manager/ supervisor lady that was very rude and she should know better because she's a senior old woman, this lady gave off negative vibes with a hint of evil, a bitter Betty I decided to go where I felt welcomed and not judged. I enjoyed all the other managers and front desk people.
