This is one of your classic Hampton Inns. But during my stay they're going through a full teardown and refit. There was no breakfast area. All they had was warm coffee and a box breakfast to go. The staff was very friendly. Parking is very convenient.
My room was quiet and very clean. No daily room cleaning. Everything worked well. I don't think my room has been redone yet as there were still some old furniture electronics in the room and the AC was not connected to the wall controller.
I'll have to try this place again in a few months after they're finished upgrading.

Booked my room for my family of 5 cause included breakfast, get there and even though we advertise it, you will get a box with a hard boiled egg and banana in the morning. Unethical, dont go here.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! I took a mini vacation like getaway with my 5 year old daughter from Thursday - Sunday! I took her to Legoland, Sea Life Aquarium, and Peppa Pig's Playground at Great Lakes Crossing mall! I love how close we were to the mall so the Ubers were affordable and there are many food options nearby. The hotel itself is being remodeled but our rooms were amazing and beautiful! We loved swimming in the pool as well! The service we received was top notch! Andrea was so sweet, personable, and accommodating! I definitely plan to return! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!
Rooms: Very beautiful and relaxing! I enjoyed watching Lifetime movies, soaking in the tub and the huge shower in the King suite was big enough for me and my baby girl to shower together before ans after swimming!
Nearby activities: Legoland, Sea Life Aquarium, Peppa Pig's Playground, Kids Empire, Great Lakes Crossing Mall, etc
Safety: No crime or seedy characters. Front desk called to make sure it was okay to send my food order to my room.
Walkability: Very close to the mall and many restaurants and shopping!
Food & drinks: Very close to many restaurants and fast food options! I mostly used Door Dash and we ate at the mall.
Noteworthy details: Amazing service! Beautiful, clean, luxurious rooms!
