We love the swim instructors at Plymouth Fitness. They've been a huge part of our lives for the past few years and have made such a positive impact on our family. Our main instructor is seriously the best, and it's been awesome to see how she's helped so many other kids too. On really successful swim lesson days we like to celebrate at the smoothie bar at the main entrance. The staff are always so enthusiastic to greet us, ask how the lesson went, and share their latest creations.

Love the classes! From Group Power to 3 different Zumba Classes to the Friday morning Hit Class, PFC offers enough variety to keep exercise interesting and fun. The pool classes are a wonderful workout also.

She loves what she does and is always helping me with any questions, concerns, or guidance that I need.
Overall, the location is very clean and organized. A bit crowded at most times, but always a positive atmosphere that I have experienced.
