Synergy Fitness and Wellness

Synergy is such a welcoming community! The teachers are so kind and the classes are suitable for people of all skill levels. I had never done yoga before going to Synergy and now I go most days a week. Im so lucky I found such a great spot to practice yoga!

I'm so glad I found Synergy. I love starting my days checking in with myself on the mat and getting a solid but gentle workout in. Downtown Plymouth is beautiful, being so close to the water just adds that added 'sigh' of joy! :)

This yoga studio is awesome. Great upbeat vibe that challenges you in the hot mix and power yoga. The instructors are excellent and so nice and available if you have any questions.

Amazing, positive fitness environment with classes catering to multiple fitness levels. Haylees signature scented towels are a nice touch too:)

Best place ever! I started coming to Synergy in September and have made it a part of my weekly routine! There are classes for everyone and very easily modifiable to make the best workout for you. You will feel right at home with the positivity of the instructors and cozy atmosphere. So easy to book online through their app and plenty of parking in the downtown Plymouth area. I highly recommend all to give it a shot! You wont regret it!
