You forget that youre in Plymouth when you pull up to Mirbeau, it feels like youve been somehow driven to Europe! Take a walk in the Monet garden & youll know exactly what I mean. It is the perfect way to have an escape, whether it be for a couples romantic getaway, for bonding with loved ones, or purely for relaxation. The staff are incredibly friendly and always make you feel at home and cared for. Rooms: The rooms are super cozyevery detail ensures a great nights sleepa fireplace in every room, luxurious beds, white noise sound machines with a variety of options, blackout curtainsI sleep great whenever Im there. Food & drinks: Fantastic food and service. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all have stellar options. Everything Ive ever had there is delicious. The food is French-inspired, and while there is something for everyone, the menu is a lot more creative & interesting than what you get in the rest of the area! Delicious cocktails too and an extensive & impressive wine list. Noteworthy details: The spa is the most incredible spa I have ever been to. There is nothing better than getting into a cozy Mirbeau robe, utilizing the fantastic amenities, getting a brilliant massage or facial, and just giving yourself the time to really, truly relax. Its indescribable how lovely it is. And the showers in the locker room they are so relaxing! Wonderful pressure, it feels like youre getting a massage just being in the shower.

This Inn and Spa is incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The room we had was very clean, comfortable, and had a gas fireplace. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fantastic; However, be aware that the prices at dinner are a little too expensive for the quantity/quality. For example, the scallops were $45 for 5 medium sized scallops and no side. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We booked a treatment at the spa and the facility was very clean and well-maintained. We spent most of our day outside at the outdoor hot tub while enjoying the outdoor bar. It is also worth noting that I forgot my jacket and set of car keys in my room. I called and the staff found my belongings and mailed it to me at no charge. I highly recommend Mirbeau for a relaxing weekend!

A very disappointing experience. After staying on one of the NY locations I had expectations. However the Plymouth location does not have the same attention to detail. Housekeeping services lacked. We had dirty dishes and glasses in our room that were not picked up. The spa was so crowded and packed. Not enough seats. Quiet room was not quiet. People having loud conversations with one another and talking on phones. None of staff said a word to these people. Doors slamming shut repeatedly. There also seemed to be a pretty consistent banging that went on for a good 1.5hrs along with the sound of furniture being dragged. The spa was also not very clean. There was a dirty bandage and old hair ties that sat next to the jacuzzi tub. As if all this wasn't enough the food was extremely inconsistent and drinks watered down. Tequilla should not taste like cucumber water. Spending this kind of money it is unacceptable for the service we received. Overall I felt the staff treated us as less than in some ways until they heard we were staying over then suddenly their mood changed. Moving forward guess Ill have to drive the 6 hrs to the NY location.
