Schedule an appointment via website. Received an email and a text message of reminder of my appointment. I arrived on time and walked to the leasing office to find that the door was locked and the office was closed. I called the number to try to get a hold of someone and I was able to talk with a woman who took down my information I was going to pass it along. I waited 15 minutes to receive a phone call back but no one called me back so I called the number again and got a gentleman on the phone who also took my information put me on hold and try to call someone. After 10 minutes of being on hold he let me know that he wasnt able to get a hold of it anyone. The apartment complex is closed over the weekend. So I am disappointed that I have not received any communications from this apartment complex apologizing. It is frustrating because I took time off of work to see an apartment and their lack of communication with me is unacceptable.
