The staff at Cottonwood has been amazing!!! From the 1st time we showed interest until we recently completed our lease agreement. From Ashley in the leasing office who has held our hand through the process with no pressure, only a willingness to assist with whatever our questions or concerns were. Weve been made to feel extremely comfortable with our new home and not only by the staff at Cottonwood, but residents that we spoke to around the community. Everyone we spoke to seems happy to be there. So my wife and sons are looking forward to an amazing communal experience at Cottonwood. Thanks Ashley for a warm wonderful introduction to our new home.

We are super excited to become a part of Cottonwood! The staff was quite friendly and very welcoming every time we stopped by with more questions. We were very impressed with the grounds, the cleanliness, the landscaping.everything in its place, nice and neat. Even the common area in the clubhouse seem well-kept. I cannot speak to the actual living conditions, as we have not moved in yet. But if its anything like what weve experienced so far, then its going to be great. Looking forward to moving day!!
