Qays was very helpful in replacing the dishwasher. He responded to my request promptly and installed a new dishwasher after the previous one stopped working.

A very nice community. The staff at Avalon Norwood are the best and the property is well maintained. The price is very affordable too. When my microwave needed to be repaired, Qays Sapp replaced it fast. The maintenance staff is very outstanding also. Whenever a work order is needed, the maintenance crew is always on time.

I recently had a few items in my townhouse replace by one of the best maintenance man that this property has ever had. Q is very very knowledgeable about his work. His very clean with his work. You never have to question if it was done efficiently.
