Terrible management. They do not communicate with each other and take days to respond to request. Put in a request for reserved parking and they claim to have a waitlist but then just let anyone walk in and take spots. Emailed for days about the parking spot but was told that someone else walked in off the street and asked for it even though I had been asking days before and they did not respond to my email. The parking situation is a joke. Trash everywhere and people dont pick up after their dogs.

The kids broke everything and they steal anything ,always missing Amazon boxes maintenance never make it at time something take 20 days to get to turn ,if something happen the management:call police ..
10 percent for each renew lease , you need to pay everything ;water and sewer , electricity and gas and forcing to have rental insurance
