All they say at this store is "sorry we cant do that for you. Please call the 1800 number." They are utterly useless.

FYI this store is going out of business. Such a shame since the Easton store also permanently closed a few years ago. Adios, Radioshack. It's been fun :(

Employees are always friendly and super helpful
