image Very bizarre experience. Successfully made buying a phone a ridiculously miserable experience. Representative would not talk. He only talked by being asked questions. Rep kept disappearing. Simply wanted to buy phone and go. He said safe was timed to and walked away assuming I would wait. So I went to Best Buy and got a Boost iPhone in 5 minutes with full data and text plan for 25.00 a month. See you weirdos....real life mute robots distributing phones from their weird phone cages...welcome to T Mobile Prison. You are not a luxury product or service...we have other better choices

image Cant understand why Verizon Wireless is always packed. So very overpriced and never had a good customer service experience. Many customer service people there act like theyre doing you a favor. DANIEL J. best wireless customer service person I have ever dealt with at T Mobile Mansfield. I wish we switched a long time ago. wouldve saved thousands of dollars. First time also I was not stressed out of my mind at any wireless store. Plus you can actually sit comfortably and not stand for more than an hour. Nice

image Amazing service!! After going to 2 separate locations in Brockton reps were rude and unhelpful so I came here after my sister recommended. Everyone was polite and extremely helpful and had me in and out in under 5 minutes!

image Employee at this store made a mistake with trade ins that were done back in september
Fixed it the month after being on the phone for 2 hrs with customer care. Went in to the store to have it fixed as the next bill immediately was charging much more than it should be, and the store manager says sorry we need the account holder in store which is not true because as an authorized user I have the permission required to make changes in the account. Kind of crazy how they were okay with me buying new phones and changing the rate plan as an authorized user but to fix a problem they made I suddenly dont have the ability to do so. Pay attention to your bills people. The whole cellphone industry is a scam and this is genuinely unserious behavior

We just need the account holder to come in so we can make the changes that are needed. image I went to that store and I was ready to up grade both of my phones , I have been with T Mobil for 7 years , I waited almost an hour , store manager did not even come and said hi , nobody wanted to help us and nobody even offered to put our names on the waiting list , I was waiting for the store manager to assist us , but he decided to simply leave without even saying hi , I took my business elsewhere and I will never recommend T Mobil to anybody that I know and trust me I know a lot of people !!!
