Cameron from Encore Realty was great very responsive and he was great about following up and keeping the process moving forward. Id definitely recommend Encore to anyone relocating to the Brookline area!

Super weird experience. I spoke to one of the realtors and everything was great at first, we scheduled a showing. I get there, and the realtor tells me the key to the apartment isnt working (never had this experience with a realtor before). This realtor knew I was traveling from out of state for apartment showings and it was so strange since I was looking for housing ASAP. They let me know they will follow up about the apartment and schedule a zoom tour with me, and till this day I havent heard back. This tour was months ago. I respect realtors, and I know Boston is a tough market, but to not follow up and let me know was unprofessional.

I cannot say enough good things about Sarah Doucette. We had an apartment to rent. She was so professional. She came took pictures, told us what the rent should be for our apartment because we weren't sure what the rates where in our area.. The rental was uploaded later that day. The next day she was there with potential renters, and she found us the perfect tenant in less than 24 hours. She completed all the paperwork in a professional manner and everything was completed within a couple of days. So wonderful to have someone make sure a stressful event went so smoothly.

I worked with Trevor to find my first apartment! He was great and extremely helpful even when the process was stressful. I will hopefully not be moving in Boston again, but if I do, I would want to work with Trevor again.

Worked with Cameron who was very informative regarding our move to Boston. This was a quick move and he was able to schedule multiple properties for us to tour the day after initial contact. He was even willing to drive us to the various properties!
