BOSTON PROPERTY CARE LIVING HAZARD. Im 3 weeks into my new lease and the construction going on above my unit is basically breaking through my ceiling everyday. Watch the video attached and see the ceiling radiator pipe moving around and causing large amounts of debris and dust all over my bedroom. Employees have not been very responsive to our several maintenance requests and resolving this hazardous living condition issue. I understand that the construction workers have to do their job helping renovate the apartment complex but having hazardous material potentially harm other tenants in the process is not okay.

I have had 5 years of experience with Boston Property Care, and let me say that their customer service has been nothing less than exceptional. Nicole Fugate is always quick and responsive to my requests, she is helpful and I am very thankful for everything that they do to make sure things are done. Very pleased with how they take care of tenants!

I have been dealing with BPC since 2018 and I must say that the level of professionalism is exceptional to say the least. Whether I am speaking with the administrative sector, or the finance sector, or any of the staff...they all take a moment to comprehend the situation and follow-up immediately with a solution or multiple well thought out suggestions. If every business trained their staff to this caliber, the world would be frictionless. They're so good they could flawlessly run the city of Boston :)

My husband and I started working with BPC about a year ago after becoming dissatisfied with the company we had worked with for many years. We could not be happier with their professionalism, timely response to issues we have-----and it seems from tenants----and the ease of communication. They allow landlords to use their own repair people which is important to us since the quotes from their contractors are usually very expensive. We highly recommend Boston Property Care.
