        Room was clean, breakfast was good , Walls are thin, toilet did flush well, little noisy with the AC unit, very busy lots people l. May lodge again of needed .. no parking at all

        Ive stayed at hundreds of holiday inns and this was by far the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. Any review above a 2 has to be fake.

        If I could put 0 stars, I would! I was TRAPPED in the elevator for over 30 minutes yesterday and NO ONE Management even asked me was I ok. The firefighter button on the elevator was not accessible. The front desk clerk answered the call from rhe elevator, dispatched the maintenance man and hung up. She had no training on even attempting to keep me or the other passengers calm. Thankfully I had my phone and was able to contact my director so that he could call 911. When we arrived Sunday, there was an OUT OF ORDER sign on the door. To my knowledge, the elevator was repaired while we were away on tours that Monday. I will say the overnight staff Ms. Carrie and the security guard was very nice and understanding. She did her best to accommodate me when she found out what had happened. She definitely should be promoted to management ASAP!
