It was not really enjoying the experience here. Customer service sucks and the food is not really good. But it is okay for a cheap price.

I was disappointed in the hotel mainly due to the service and attitude of the staff...I'm not a needy guest I just expect basic thinks and common curiosity...we booked our room around 1pm after a long drive and wanted to shower before going out...we're 3 people in a double room...we'll there was 2 towels and 2 hand towels so we made it work...then we went downstairs and ask if they had a place we could print a couple of documents we needed...the guy at the desk said you have to email them to us and we'll print them no business area...they have personal information such as account #, ssn and home addresses so we ask if they could delete it afterwards...his reply was we can but we don't have too...what kind of rudeness is that...so of course we declined we'll find somewhere even if we havevyo buy a printer for our laptop...then this morning we needed 3 towels so I called the front desk...20 minutes later still no towels my son is in the shower I stepped into the hall way and housekeeping is across the hall...I politely ask for 3 towels since the ones we called for still had not come...she said I can give you 1...the front desk assigned someone else to bring your towels...I lost it I told her we only had 2 yesterday which is ridiculous in a double room and we needed 3 why was that such a problem get them from whoever brings them...she reluctant gave me 3 probably because I was yelling...For $250 a night I shouldn't have to beg for towels...also whatever happened to calm classical lobby music? Why is 50 cent playing in the lobby at 10am? Beds were hard also...I would never stay here again rude staff is not acceptable.
