Lived here for ~5 months. Quiet, safe neighborhood, but walls/floor/ceilings are paper thin. Not only will you hear all of their footsteps, but you can hear neighbors music being played in units not only on top, below, or next to yours, but sometimes even from units not even directly next to you. Upon move-in, I noticed the unit was still dirty, dingy, and cheaply painted/sealed-- different than what I was shown during my tour. I'm not in the upgraded unit, but an effort to be presentable would have been nice.

These are great apartments. I was a first time renter and moved in with my girlfriend, they took care of any problems we had. Matinence is Always on their toes. I never had any problems with critters rodents or roaches. Ms Kristen, Genesis and Tamia were amazing. I enjoyed my time at the apartment & One day hope to return.

Overall, my experience here was positive. The location was convenient, and the amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, were well-maintained. The management was responsive to issues, and the community felt safe. Kristen and the maintenance men were very helpful when I had minor unit issues. Despite these minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it for its overall comfort and value.
