        This is a great building. Excellent location, good amenities, friendly residents and staff. The apartment is well designed and quiet. Maintenance requests are handled immediately. Lots of closets and beautiful parquet flooring. Highly recommend.

        I fell in love with Cole Spring Plaza after touring it a few months ago. It's perfect and exactly what I've been looking for in terms of accessibility. I am disabled and have very specific accessibility needs. However, I am rethinking applying here due to being treated horribly by the property manager, Dana. He is rude, unprofessional, and abelist. To the point that he laughed at me over the phone when asking a question. This is not how a potential tenant should be treated. This is not how anyone should be treated.
