    If you want quite literally the worst car buying experience come to this place so they can scam you. They purposely and falsely advertised a car to have no scratches, so I drove from NYC to pick it up in the night time come to find out next morning theres scrapes and scratches everywhere. Ron and Josh agreed to paint the car to me and sent me a scam check for $1400 and guess what? My bank locked my account and said the check was fake and is being sent back. This dealership is a bunch of thugs. See images below

Alina had excellent communication, exchanging many texts and supplying me with a video of the car, from the moment I requested more information online. Once in store Alina was very helpful and efficient in getting everything ready to go and had a very smooth experience overall. Would recommend for anyone looking for a new or used car!

    **4/1/24 Update** Worked closely with Ron at the dealership after he commented below and they covered the repair and got the system back up and running. Updating to 5 stars given that after-sale effort from the dealership. Thanks again, Ron!**Original Review** A tale of two experiences: The sales process versus the immediate aftermath. The salesperson, Chris, was awesome. He was willing and able to complete all of the negotiations via email prior to me coming down to the dealership. He was up front, friendly, and personable. The rest of the sales department was equally cordial and efficient. My biggest gripe is that a fault light turned on before I could get the car home: The tire pressure warning system light came on statting there was a failure and that it would not be able to display any tire pressure information. Unfortunately, the 30 day warranted does not cover the TPWS, so I am immediately forced to take this car into the shop. The odds of that system failing in the 50 miles I owned the car are minuscule when compared to the 41950 miles prior to my purchase. Whats moderately distressing is that I have been able to reset the error code which will keep the light off for about 100 milesyou can do with that what you will.)
