EDIT: 100% recommend not to shop here. I was told everything in a vehicle worked but the a/c did not and they refused to fix it. It went from $2200 to them telling me they would fix it for $1500. The windshield that they apparently had rechecked still makes a noise when going fast as well. It is no wonder they didnt want to offer a warranty originally because the vehicle is junk. Mike was great. It took two weeks for the car I was buying to get processed and ready due to needing a windshield but Mike texted me every day to keep me updated. Although the paperwork process took way longer than I was told it would it turned out alright. The DARCARS warranty is really nice as well.

They charge ridiculously higher price (6,000$ more) than MSRP. If you have too much money to spend, this is the right place for you.

We had an amazing experience here! Everyone was so kind and helpful! We had 2 kids with us and the process was still the fastest process we have ever had while buying a car! Hannah was super amazing and answered all of our questions. Her and the sales manager made sure we knew all of our options to ensure we were making a right choice and never once did we feel they were just trying to make a sale, they made us feel like they really cared about what we wanted. We are in love with our new car and how easy the process was.

My Kia Sportage is giving me problems. I called and spoke with Jake who was very helpful over the phone. However, once my car arrived for service as per our conversation, Jake stated there was nothing they could do for my vehicle. I didn't understand how from one day to the next the information I was given had changed drastically. I ended up calling King Kia where I purchased my vehicle and spoke with a gentleman there that was extremely helpful. He was very well versed on the issues pertaining to my vehicle and offered excellent customer service. I'll be taking my vehicle there and I am hoping my in person visit will go as well as my phone conversation.
