        I did not purchase my vehicle at Bayside Kia in Waldorf, but this is the only place I bring it for service. I like the customer service at this location. Everyone in the office is always very welcoming. I had an issue and brought it to the managers (Ryan) attention today. He was very helpful and took a lot of time with me to ensure I got what I needed for my vehicle. I greatly appreciated his patience and assistance. It would be nice to receive the same level of customer service and caring sense for the customer everywhere, but I get it here.

        Ryan was once again exceptional. Quick service and very helpful. Went for a recall notice on Sorento trailer hitch. Service performed promptly and all of the staff were polite.

        This dealerships are dishonest and they play deceptive games but no worries. thats why we have something called the justice system and we just have to drag them to court. Melanie is a dishonest human being.. she even admitted to me not to buy Soul, Sorento or Optimas because they come with a defected engine. Do not buy a KIA if you want to keep your peace of mind. See you in court.
