        I had an exceptional experience at Gaithersburg's King Kia!! Nan Wong, the sales manager, went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal possible on my first ever car. She was able to offer an incredibly competitive price, and her kindness and dedication saved us from a lengthy wait at another dealership for the same car. We were able to connect with her personally as well--an absolute sweetheart with only the best interest at heart. Our sales consultant, Maksym "Max" Golenko, was also wonderful. He was patient and took the time to understand our requirements and ensure that we and the vehicle were well taken care of. Super kind and sweet as well! From initial discussions to the final sale price, there were no hidden fees or surprises. Each step of the process was explained clearly, allowing us to make an informed decision with confidence.
