    Had a wonderful experience helping my daughter purchase her first brand new car! Marcus Best was our salesperson and helped us every step of the way. He worked hard to make sure we were happy with our purchase! He was thorough, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He made what is usually a long drawn out process easy and painless! I highly suggest working with him if youre in the market for a new or used car

    Yesterday I bought my 2024 Kia Forte GT line from them. First Jennifer, the sales manager was so nice and transparent with me on the phone, then I met Even, the sales consultant, very nice guy, he even bought food Ms. Deniza from finance was very nice, I would go there again just to talk to her, overall, I had a great experience with them. Thank you.

    When you go to this dealer, be very careful with the supposed manager named Brandon, that person is going to offer you to buy a warranty for your car or if not, he won't sell you the car. Don't buy anything. What he wants is to scam people like what happened to me and My wife, that Mr. Brandon is not a good person, I think that King Kia should not have him working there. Do not make any deals with Brandon at the dealer. There are more good people like Mr. Derek. He is a kind and friendly person. The staff is very good people. Except Brandon as a salesman and manager is useless, he is not a good person, be very careful with him when making a purchase of your vehicle and do not buy any guarantee as he wants because it is for his benefit if you do not go to another dealer for your car or do Like I did, report it to the consumer protection service or look for a lawyer so you don't fall into his hands.

    We have only good things to say about this KIA dealership. The people who work in the service department are caring, thoughtful, and helpful. Our Sorento is maintained by their skilled staff. Weve been taking it to Laurel KIA for years, and we know the car is always in good hands. They are friendly and efficient. I would recommend this service department to anyone who wants their KIA to be handled in the best possible way. Shout out to Jeremy, our man with the answers. Shaun and Gerald are terrific as well. Most recently we worked with Rahim King in the service department. He was super helpful and wonderful to work with. He was very thorough with our warranty claim and it is much appreciated.
