Hadley's Point Campground

I have been coming to Hadley since I was a little girl. I have decided to start the tradition back up and come up once a year with my family and camp. I love the campground and the location. However trying to book with them is a little frustrating. I tried to call all day yesterday and all day today 1/2-1/3/24 it would ring for a good 2 minutes and go to their voicemail. So I hung up and called again almost immediately and it went straight to voicemail like someone was on the phone. How can we make reservations if we cant get thru.

Really enjoyed this campground, just got done staying 5 nights here. Convient location on north side, not far from downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Very friendly and accommodating staff. New bathroom facilities. Highly recommend.

Noteworthy details: They just redid the bathrooms and showers, which were lovely! Great location relative to Acadia and Bar Harbour. Really well staffed and the camp store had very extended hours. They take quiet hours very seriously.

Pretty nice campground. Convenient to Acadia national park and Bar Harbor. Lots of photo ops nearby. Campsite was about 12" out of level from back to front of our 32' motorhome. The showers near us were old and didn't have adequate hot water. They do have a newer bathhouse up from our area that we didn't try.

Save yourself the money! Might be fun if you have super young kids and want to rv camp ,have a playground, and be on top of eachother in a full service site. Otherwise you'll be packed in like sardines and not enough room to even put up a 2 person tent. No fire rings as advertised and paid for... no room to pitch a tent, pictures are completely bait and switch of the site you choose. 3 other campgrounds in town confirmed they used to be cute and really good until original owner died, now it's a money pit. Oh and after all the random extra fees you still have to pay for shower and water.
