Just got here yesterday and the negative reviews are accurate, unfortunately. Will not be staying here again. Paid for a premium ocean site and I have a huge tree stump with its above ground root system in the middle. Bathrooms are dated, gross. Water is brownish yellow and the views are marginal. And the pool is green. Very disappointing considering we came from Michigan and it took 20 hours to get here. Lesson learned - dont go by overall ratings .. read the ratings! We will be getting compensation for this over priced rv spot

The staff was very cheerful and helpful. When we arrived they alerted us to the fact that their water contained iron and they provided us with drinking water. Overall our stay was pleasant with the kiddos enjoying the basketball court and the playground.

Warning! Mosquito Heaven especially spots down my the water. Muddy & wet our spot had no gravel camper parked in mud we asked to be moved but they couldn't accommodate us. Firepits on uneven ground & holes to fall in. Laundry water & water filled with iron.Turned our cloths brown. Disgusting honestly

Located close to Acadia, which was a plus. We stayed at a pull-through, full hookup site for 4 nights. Some of the sites are on the water with amazing views. HOWEVER, we did notice many RV sites that were not level at all! We were grateful that we didn't get assigned one of those because we don't carry gear to accommodate for that type of hill....some RVs were parked on stacks of wood blocks to level-up. So just be sure to request a flat spot, if you need one, or be prepared with a couple of feet of leveling gear.
