        Broke down along side the road. Called for even just a part. The parts department wouldnt answer the phone the lady said she would have them call me back. Well several days later no one called. And the lady on the phone was very rude. Would never recommend!

        The people here are rather nice when they do choose to communicate. However it took me 15 days and 4500 dollars to get my truck back with random nuts,bolts,and some kind of hose left strewn under my hood

        Empire does not return your calls dont leave a message! Parts guys are great service not so good. Ive left numerous messages on a number of occasions for different problems had one call back out of 8. We have 7 Freightliners and require service as of late (quality of trucks going down) cant even get a call back!Call Waynes trucking if your trucks not under warranty much better service!
