Send my truck here with bed DEF pump. Soon my driver got there they got the truck in the shop and after 26minute was pulled out and we were told we should be getting an estimate soon. We kept calling to get the estimate but they will still say we need another 2-3hours to have it ready so we got the estimate only next day about 27 hours later. They came up with a ridiculous estimate of $10k for stuff we did ask for and not even sure how they were able to check so much things in 26minuts ( this is how mich they had the truck in the shop). The estimate was suspiciously high and cominication was bad so we refused the repair and took the truck elsewhere. They charged us $550 for 26min of diagnostic, when I ask why so high they said they charge minimum 2hours labor. We took the truck to another shop and head the DEF pump and an sensor replaced and paid $2500 and all the warning lights were gon and truck was driving just perfect. All the job was done in about 5-6 hours. In conclusion it seemed like they wanted to fix stuff that didn't need to be fixed. If I woud stay and fix here I would end up with a $10k bill. Luckily I called around and was able to save $7500 this is how much a bad dealer can cost us not to mention the down time. 27hours for an estimate just say everything about this place. They not trying to get you back to work asap they do the opposite keep you there for ever and overcharge for repairs that we don't need. Defenatly won't recommend them and hope the stop rubbing costumers and improve their services.

I would not bring a bike to those people they screw Everything up and rip you off. The incompancey spreads from shop to shop.

Avoid this place at all cost. They told me my truck needed a new instrument cluster and then when they ordered the new instrument cluster and it came in and didnt fix the problem they found out that it wasnt the instrument cluster. It was some corroded wire. They told me that my old instrument cluster was still bad and they had to put the new one on. Charge me almost $1300 for labor to change the instrument cluster something. I couldve done myself in about three hours. They also didnt screw my dash back together. This group of people is one that only wants to screw you for a dollar. The instrument cluster was working three months ago when the truck was parked before it set up. Avoid these people at all cost. They are a prime example of what is wrong with the world.
