Legacy Buick GMC

I was sold Gap insurance that I didn’t need. I am trying to cancel it, but no one will call me back. I have left messages for Steve Lousteau every day for over a week now. I find this extremely unprofessional. I will not be recommending this place to friends or family.

I received a notice for a recall on my Yukon XL from Legacy a couple of weeks ago. I called and spoked to Alyssa and she was very helpful. I couldn't schedule at the time and she was very understanding. I called today with a date and time that works best for me, and AGAIN!! I talked to Alyssa. She was able to accommodate exactly what I asked for. Alyssa spoke clearly, energetically, and answered my questions about the recall without putting me on hold. THANKS ALYSSA!! I've been in business for a long time and I realize the pains of having the wrong person answer your companies phone. That person can cost you more than can be measured

Extremely poor service..No communication by service department in over 24 hours of drop off of my vehicle. After 24 hours . talked to telephone representative who told me they are too busy with customers and if I cant wait then I can pick up my vehicle and go elsewhere. The telephone operator said that this was the sentiment of the service representative. I am sure other dealership service department will be glad to have business and be more communicative and respectful of all customers.

I'm having a bad a terrible Experience with theBuick dealership in Slidell the Salemale manager in Part department.He is very very rude unprofessional. I ordered 2 emblems that doesn't fit my car and yet for the 4th time he keeps telling me they does.I just got 4 brand new tires on my car.car and the tires men to put my emblems that fit on my car.
