        Customer service was excellent both ladies working March 2, 2024, went above and beyond to help the customers. And in todays time you rarely find employees that are pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

        So....I've rented trailers from these guys like 20 or 30 times over the past 6 years. Never again. They must be trying to push hitch accessories because low and be hold all of a sudden my hitch is too low for them to rent one, and all of a sudden they have signs all over the lot advertising adjustable hitches. Really U haul??? Why today? No shame I guess.
