Not enough tellers...only 1 at inside window at 4pm on a Friday but the one teller was very friendly, professional, and taking it all in stride.

This is a bad bank I ever had they close my account when I was in vacation in Egypt without any reason and when I call them the just said we trying to protect you against fraud and the bank have the right to close any accounts without any reason or with reason so thats fine. The other problem I had with chase bank I have money in my account and when I told them they told me they will send a check by mail and I will take 5 to 10 business days so I been waiting from August 18 till September 11 and I dont receive anything yet and when I call them again I told them I dont get my check yet they said oh we send it on August 29 and it will take 10 business days again so they told me to wait until September 13 and nothing came yet and I go to the branch and speak with the supervisor there he didnt help me at all they told me we have to cancel the check and order a new check again and it will take 10 business days again so I have been in this situation almost 2 months now I call the customer service on the phone they dont want to tell me when I will get my check at the exact day and dont even want to give me the check number and I go to the branch too many times and still waiting until now and last time on September 13 when I go to the branch I call the police and file a case about all story that happened to me and today I got the case from the court and I field a case on the court against the bank because I told them this is the only money I have and am not working since I came here on August 18 still looking for a job and I have all my family and kids here and I cant even support them so please people dont trust chase bank at all the doesnt care about the people money the only care about there stuff like when you open a new account with them they send you the card in the same or next day by fedex because they want you to put money to the bank but when they close your account for no reason they dont care about you and your money anymore so please dont trust chase bank at all thanks
