        This location opens a 10am which I think is ridiculous since its one of only 2 in the area!!! I was there today at 8am thinking that they would open at 9am. Well, needless to say I had to drive back over at 10. So I told the teller (Andy B.) how ridiculous I thought this was since they are inside a store that opens at 6am and most banks open at 9am. Then I said, they should think about opening earlier. Well, he was argumentative and accused me of having a bad day. I have been a customer of Chase for years(since 1998), clearly too many, and they have only disappointed me with the lack of customer service and carelessness for the customers. I will be discontinuing my business with then soon, I have just had enough of their BS.

        Don't use this branch for important banking business they are limited on people and knowledge. Very dissatisfied with the service and the manager and was not helpful at all with my account and actually given wrong information.
