Horrible service and disrespectful employee at this branch. First time visiting this branch Friday morning July 5th to cash my paycheck. Kourtney J., was assisting me. He was taking way to long to assist me. He FINALLY called on coworker Mrs Bell to help him. She was taking way to long as well. I inquired about what's the issue? She stated she was having difficulty finding my boss signature card on file. I asked her did I need to call my boss and have him to fax his licence and signature in? With an nasty attitude she angrily stated "No I don't need your boss to do anything". Well about 30-45 minutes later they FINALLY found it on file. She claimed it was on a different screen. My first and LAST time going to this branch. Unprofessional and piss poor communication. Those employees definitely need customer service training to the 7th power.
