Chase Bank

Friendly employees, convenient location by my work, good customer service, having the convenience to deposit cash in the ATM, and nice perks for being a military veteran. The only thing that I wish they had was checking accounts with high interest so I have another checking account with higher interest outside of Chase.

Every once in a while you meet someone like Michelle Randall very rare, she was awesome and did not judge us. She did her job but she went beyond that just to assure we would be taken care of. Needless to say when we called the claim department not so much. Michelle even apologize for them being rude! I love chase and never have had a problem till today which Michelle fixed instantly and didnt stop till it was correct. Chase please give Michelle Randall a raise she deserves it!

Do not use Chase. They lie and are lazy. They do not do simple jobs like replacing lost or stolen debit cards. Went in to this location to have my debit card replaced. Find out two weeks later...they did not even bother. Even lied to me my face three times saying it was replaced. Chase Bank especially this branch. Is nothing but lairs and crooks.
