Regions Bank

The communication at this institution is horrible i came in with questions about my account and i was told they would put in a ticket and get back with me wit an update a day goes by and i hear nothing i then come in another day and sit down with someone and they told me they would take a look into the situation the next morning and give me a call i hear nothing back from them i then call the next day and ask for an update and the told me that the person i was working was busy and they would call me back again no one reached out to i had to call this place twice to get some type of information about what was going on and i still have yet to get a complete answer the customer service is awful. this experience is awful i will no long be banking there after this experience.

Lousy Regions Bank for personal banking. The teller was unable to withdraw $2200 from my checking account and told me I needed to go to another branch. Not sure of the reason why, she tried telling me something but her mumbling while wearing a mask made it incomprehensible. If you wear a mask, please talk loud and clearly enough so customers can hear you.

Entering into this Bank I felt my needs were met as a customer in the banking industry I've had plenty of bad experience with other places. But Regions Bank and their employees take first-hand with your finances. Thank you Francis and Michelle for your customer service.
