        Instead of just accepting and acknowledging that an article of my clothing was lost the owner needed to explain to me that somehow I just have lost it at my home. Im a very structured person who just returned from a trip and came to the cleaners 2 days after arriving with a bag of clothes to drop off. Lost a valued customer today!!!! Literally have been going to them for the last 3 years..

        I have been a customer of theirs since before 2005 I only go to them they are like family who care about the person not just a number. Trust me I have never had a problem and all things are so well done and first rate 10 stars I give them.         No one was available when time listed open hour for Saturday. was told clothes will be ready for Friday come after 10 was closed I will never used this service again
