      image They ruined a multiple 200$ bridesmaid dresses days before our wedding. They snagged the fabric in multiple places and got pen stains on them. Brand new, kept in a bag dresses that were brought in for a steam. Dont bring your formal wear here and expect it to return to you in the same condition your brought it in. 31$ per dress and you cant even return them in the condition they were brought in. We always strive to keep our customers satisfied.However, as we explained to you when you came to pick up your gowns, one of the gowns has spots when we received it.We pressed and hand ironed the gown. It is not possible that any stains or snags occurred during this time. We have the CCTV recording of the work if you'd like to confirm that.Thanks, and we are deeply sorry for any misunderstanding. We hope you will give us another chance to earn and keep your business.

      image Eric's is overpriced and ruined some of my clothes.  Some were not even pressed properly.  I do not recommend these cleaners.
