Drycleaning Super Center

So far, so good! A friend of mine recommended this cleaner. In was a little worried after reading the reviews, but my friend assured me she uses them all the time. They only charge $15.68 for 4 pieces (incl. Tax), and I've been a couple of times, and have been happy so far!

We have used them for some time. Today I went to drop clothes off at 2:45, they are open on Saturdays till 3:30. I was waking up with a arm full of clothes and an elderly lady locks the door on me. I wait for them to open the door and a young male(assuming owner) comes to door and says they are closed. I explain to him that it says 3:30 on the door and it isn't even 3:00. He points to a sign that reads closed Monday for Labor Day and tells me they have to put the hours of operations for holiday. I explain that the sign is for Monday and doesn't mention anything about Saturday. His reply is we are closed and shuts to door on me while saying I'm sorry. We go there weekly but they just lost our business for poor customer service.

Today, the owner explained to me that his prices are low because his equipment is so old. Therefore, he can't guarantee not double pleating my suit pants. 4 trips in a row they have attempted to ruin my suits by putting a double crease down the front of my work suits. Horrible service.
