        The pictures are deceiving. This place is junky and very small. I wanted to try somewhere new since I stay in Metairie but Ill stick to what I know.

        These washers and dryer or very old machines. They charged $25.00 to wash and dry a comforter. After drying the comforter for 1 hour on medium heat it was still damp. I took my damp comforter and left. I went to laundry world and ths place is like laundry heaven. All new machines very clean and you can pay with a card. No more dirty quarters needed.

      We are sorry you had a poor experience at our coin laundry. We pride ourselves in having a clean and tidy business that aims to serve every customer. We have only 1500 sq feet, and 95 % of our washers and dryers are 5 years old or less. Unfortunately, for your customer experience, we were inundated with laundry and had no place to store it except in the front of the store. Normally we are able to move everything out in one of our cargo vans but one is at the mechanic shop so the place was definitely overrun with clean laundry when you came to our store. If you decide to give us another chance, please call us at 504-838-9406 and we'll be happy to inform you of how busy we are and you can determine what to do. Thank you!
