        Horrible, rude customer service. Went in close to closing time. 5 employees sitting doing absolutely nothing- no other customers in the store. I approach a person behind the desk and before I could speak she says- "we close in 7 mins and don't have any phones for sale." NOT- "we are closing soon can I help you?" NOT- "Hi, do you have a question we are closing soon." Just the rude truth of "We are getting paid to do nothing but sit here and we don't want to be bothered and do any work to earn our pay so I going llie to you, the customer, and tell you we do not have a single phone to sell." Did I want to buy a phone?, did I have a technical issue?, did have a quick question about my plan?- we don't know because 5 paid employees did not have the courtesy, training, or care to ask. Thank you for making the decision for me to move providers.
