        Went in today with questions about lowering my bill and had wonderful service from the manager, Billy. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job answering all my questions. He did manage to save me money without losing any of the perks that I enjoy from Verizon. Bonus: I didn't wait long at all to be helped.
